Ingredients

¼ cup (60 ml) lime juice ( freshly squeezed)
4 tbsp. sugar ( (or more/less to taste))
1 cup (475 ml) coconut cream
⅓ cup (80 ml) light rum ((optional))
1½ cups (210 gr) crushed ice
Mint leaves ( to garnish)

Steps:

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 10 limes)
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups ice cubes

Steps:

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until fully liquid. If the mixture is too thick to pour, add up to 1/3 cup cold water and blend. Serve immediately with straws.

My favorite drink is Brazilian Lemonade, and this is a variation. I used coconut milk for the cream of coconut, and I cut the limes in quarters and throw everything in the blender. Then I strain in the end. It's much less work and just as delicious.

Caution. If you’re using bottle lime juice, use only three tablespoons. Most bottled lime juice labels state 3 tablespoons = Juice of one lime.
