- Slice strawberries, kiwis, bananas and pineapple and place in a large bowl.
- Add lemon juice to bowl.
- Add blueberries and mandarin oranges to bowl.
- Add pineapple orange banana concentrate.
- Stir ingredients together.
- Fill small plastic cups with ingredients and freeze.

- Heat the grapefruit juice, sugar and syrup in a pan, until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool.
