1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
¾ cup milk
¼ cup vodka
½ cup Irish cream liqueur
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

Beat pudding mix and milk together in a bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth and beginning to thicken, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir vodka and Irish cream liqueur into the pudding mixture. Fold whipped topping into the mixture until smooth; spoon into 16 small cups.

1 1/2 teaspoons each: sweetened Van Houton cocoa and Droste cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sweet butter
1/2 cup milk
3 Godiva flavors, dark and light chocolate to taste
1/2-ounce each of the following worldclass chocolates: Callebaux, Valhrona, Lindt, Cadbury, Aston Berg, Freia, Marabo, Girardelli, Cocoa Barry
1 generous ladle of the Blend of imported chocolates
1/2 pint milk
1/2 quart crushed ice

Steps:

Melt the first two cocoas with sugar and butter in a double boiler, creaming to a smooth paste. Add all remaining chocolates and continue melting, slowly dribbling the milk into the mixture, stirring constantly until smooth as silk. Cool to room temperature and use for Frozen Hot Chocolate, substituting 1/2 cup milk for 1/2 pint milk;
In a quart blender place all ingredients; blend. As texture smoothens , add more milk or ice to achieve desired consistency. When a thick stage is reached, pour into a grapefruit bowl, top with a mound of whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Insert two straws for sipping and an iced teaspoon for devouring.;

1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons half-and-half
Seltzer, for topping

Steps:

Make the chocolate syrup: Bring the sugar and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and whisk until well combined. Let cool completely.
For each drink, pour about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the chocolate syrup into a chilled shot glass and freeze until slightly firm, 5 to 10 minutes. Slowly pour the half-and-half on top of the chocolate syrup, then top with seltzer. Stir before drinking. (Refrigerate any leftover chocolate syrup for up to 6 months.)

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup cold butter
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold whole milk
1 chocolate bar, grated

Steps:

In a bowl, combine the flour and pecans; cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press into a 13x9-in. baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Place the cream cheese, sugar and half the whipped topping in a large bowl; beat until smooth. Spread over crust., Whisk pudding mixes and milk for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spread over cream cheese mixture; chill until firm. Spread with remaining whipped topping, then sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate until serving.

Posted for ZWT3. I tried this before posting it and it is so easy and so delicious. A classic French dessert and usually much more difficult to make - and the good news is, you don't have to wait for this to chill. I had some immediately after mixing and it was so good! You could also substitute any flavor pudding mix you wanted.

Ingredients

1 (1 1/3 ounce) envelope Dream Whip topping mix (a powder mix, not Cool Whip)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cold milk, divided (2%, 1% or skim recommended)
1 (4 ounce) package chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix

Steps:

Beat 1/2 cup milk, vanilla, and Dream Whip powder on slow speed just until blended. Then, blend on high speed for 4 minutes or until topping thickens and forms peaks.
In a separate bowl, pour remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and then add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes (I beat on low speed about 1-2 minutes).
Stir in Dream Whip mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. You can garnish with whipped cream or mint.
