FROZEN BANANA GHOSTS
Bananas taste spookily like creamy ice cream when frozen in ghostly robes of white chocolate - quick and easy, with just 4 ingredients

Steps:
- In a small bowl, gently melt the chocolate either in the microwave - in short bursts on high or over a pan of simmering water (make sure the bowl isn't touching the water). Set aside for a moment while you get the bananas ready.
- Peel the bananas, cut in half, and push a lolly stick into the middle of each piece. Spread the coconut out in a shallow bowl. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment, and make sure there is room for the tray in the freezer.
- Using a pastry brush, coat a banana half in chocolate, letting excess drip away. Sprinkle with plenty of the coconut until coated, then set it on the prepared sheet. Now add two chocolate eyes and a mouth, and if you like, cut a few little eyebrows from the chocolate drops too. Freeze the lollies for at least 4 hrs, and up to a week.

- Cut banana in half lengthwise, then in half to make four quarters. Insert popsicle sticks into bananas, and freeze bananas on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- When the bananas are frozen, fill a coffee mug with chocolate. Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring until the chocolate is melted and soft.
- Dip the bananas one at a time into the chocolate, scraping off the excess chocolate from the back of the banana, and place it on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
- Quickly add the chocolate chips for the eyes before the chocolate hardens (you have to work quickly here).

Now slice each half in half crosswise you have 8 pieces of banana in total. Carefully insert the popsicle sticks into the bottom of each banana then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the bananas in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour, or until they are completely frozen. When you are ready to dip them in yogurt, pour the yogurt into a tall glass and dip each one in order to cover the whole thing. Place the yogurt coated banana back on the baking sheet and place 3 mini chocolate chips on the ghost bananas to make the eyes and mouth. Repeat the process until you are completely done with each banana. Return to the freezer for 20 more minutes.
- Enjoy these frozen ghost bananas immediately or place them in an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. These make for the perfect snack for the little ones.
