1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 pastry shells (9 inches), baked
Additional whipped topping, optional
Slivered almonds, toasted, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light. Stir in cranberry sauce. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crusts. , Cover and freeze for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving, Garnish with whipped topping and almonds if desired.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
2 cups whipped topping

Steps:

  • Place pineapple in a blender; cover and process until blended. Pour into a small bowl; stir in the cranberry sauce and banana. Fold in whipped topping. , Spoon into three 4-in. tube pans coated with cooking spray. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Just before serving, unmold onto dessert plates.

Number Of Ingredients 8

½ cup chopped cranberries
⅓ cup white sugar
2 large oranges
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries and sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and secton 1 orange. Finely chop orange sections; set aside. Sqeeze remaining orange to make total of 1/3 cup juice.
  • Combine the 1/3 cup orange juice, cream cheese, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Stir in orange sections, cranberries, apple and dates.
  • Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Turn mixture into a 5-cup mold, 8x4x2 inch loaf pan, or into about 10 to 12 paper lined muffin pans. Cover and freeze until firm.
  • To serve, let stand at room temperature for 10 miutues. Unmold or peel off paper and garnish with orange sections.

1 1/4 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped topping
1 (16-ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
additional whipped topping

Steps:

  • Combine cornflakes and butter. Press mixture into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese; fold in whipped topping. Mash cranberry sauce. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon mixture into crust. Freeze. Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped topping. Editor's Extra: For a sweeter crust, I like to add 1/4 cup sugar to the crushed cornflakes-or use frosted flakes.
