FROSTY COCKTAIL
This recipe came from Food Network. It's from Sandra Lee. My brother-inlaw made these for a Christmas cocktail. While I don't drink often and only had a bit I would for sure have this again. My family really liked it. We thought it tasted like those freezey pops.

- Frozen Gin and Tonic. What do you get when you take classic summer cocktails like the G&T and put them in your ice-filled blender? Well, a little adaptation is required, but once you skip the fizz (using tonic syrup instead of tonic water) you get one of the world's most refreshing summer drinks.
- Kentucky Buck. Who said you can't drink whiskey in the summer? They're wrong, and this spicy, cooling ginger beer drink with fresh lemon juice, Angostura bitters, and muddled strawberries proves it.
- Infinity Pool. Will this drink cool you off as much as a day by the pool? We won't make any promises, but if any drink was going to work, it would be this one, made with celery juice, Lillet blanc, lemon, savory mezcal, and a pinch of smoked salt.
- Padova Spritz. Offer your non-drinking friends this fancy nonalcoholic spritz, ideally with salty snacks on the side. Get This Recipe.
- 3-Ingredient Grilled Orange Margarita. Grilled oranges infuse this refreshing summer cocktail with slightly sweet, slightly bitter notes and smoky flavor, balanced by bright lime juice and aged tequila.
- Frozen Boozy Arnold Palmer. Transform the classic iced tea–lemonade combo into a refreshing frozen cocktail for summer. Freezing the tea and lemonade into ice cubes before blending is an easy way to keep the flavors concentrated.
- The Very Best Gin and Tonic. You don't really need a cocktail recipe to make a Gin and Tonic, but you will make a better one if you follow these rules. View Story.
- Parson’s Negroni Slushy. Meet your summer Negroni, a refreshing frozen drink that's juicy, citrusy, and perfectly bittersweet. Stick your feet in a baby pool, put up the sun umbrella, and you're set for the afternoon.
- Southside. Looking for a drink that could make a dent in your enthusiastic backyard mint plants? This Prohibition-era classic is the easy cocktail you need: just mint, gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters, shaken in a cocktail shaker and strained into a coupe glass.
- Tropic Like It's Hot. This tall, refreshing pineapple and tequila cocktail will spirit you away to the beach, even if you're just in your own backyard. Get This Recipe.
20 POPULAR FROZEN COCKTAILS FOR SUMMER
From thespruceeats.com
- Lime Margarita. The basic frozen margarita is very simple, and it features the refreshing flavor of lime juice. The recipe includes tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sour mix, along with a cup of ice.
- Lime Daiquiri. Tequila, not your thing? The frozen daiquiri has the same flavor as the margarita, it simply switches to rum. This is another summer classic that's refreshingly tart and perfectly sweet.
- Strawberry Daiquiri. The strawberry daiquiri is the most popular daiquiri flavor. The mix of sweet berries and rum is difficult for anyone to resist, especially when the fruit is at its best during the summer.
- Piña Colada. The piña colada is another essential for any blender enthusiast. It's a boozy tropical smoothie of pure deliciousness. The best part is that you only need five ingredients: rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, and ice.
- Tamarind-Pineapple Margarita. The tamarind-pineapple margarita has a taste that's both alluring and unforgettable. Tamarind has a sweet-sour taste that is a perfect pairing for both tequila and pineapple.
- Chi-Chi. The chi-chi is essentially a vodka and ice cream twist on the piña colada. It has the same delightful pineapple-coconut combination, and the beautiful blue color makes it a poolside favorite.
- Rock Lobster. The rock lobster is a flavorful blend of coconut rum, banana liqueur, grenadine, a banana, and orange and pineapple juices. Add a dark rum float and the fanciest tropical garnish you feel like constructing, and you'll discover why this drink is a hit.
- Watermelon Margarita. Watermelon is the iconic fruit of summer and the fresh fruit is the star of the watermelon margarita. While the main recipe is for a muddled and shaken cocktail, tossing the ingredients in the blender is a quick variation and fantastic use for leftover watermelon.
- Hawaiian Margarita. Pineapple and strawberry are pure magic, and the Hawaiian margarita showcases the duo perfectly. Not much different than any other margarita, you'll cut the fruits into blender-sized chunks, add your favorite tequila and triple sec, some sour mix and ice, then blend away.
- Bushwacker. Frozen cocktails are not all about the fruit. In the bushwacker, you'll enjoy the irresistible combination of coffee, chocolate, and coconut.
