These bars can be made with three kinds of cereal and are quick and easy to make. One of our favorites.

Steps:
- Over medium high heat in a large heavy kettle, combine the syrup and sugar, bring to a boil and continue to boil for one minute. Reduce heat to low and stir in the margarine and peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallows and stir until well blended.
- Pour the cereal into a large bowl, and stir in the marshmallow mixture so that the cereal is evenly coated. Grease an 11x17 inch jellyroll pan and press the cereal into the pan. Flatten with the back of a buttered spoon.
- To make the frosting, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth. Spread evenly over the bars in the pan. Let stand until the bars are cool, and topping is set. Cut into squares and serve.

- In a Dutch oven, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat. Stir in peanut butter until combined. Add cereal; toss to coat. Using a metal spatula, press mixture into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. , In a microwave, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips; stir until smooth. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter and mix well.
- In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamy mixture.
- Press firmly into a greased 9x13'' pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-21 minutes. Do not over-bake! They will look just barely set in the center, and they will harden as they cool. Allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the bars.

- Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Gather all ingredients; this recipe goes fast and you don't want to stop to measure.
- Mix cereal and 3/4 cup sprinkles in a large mixing bowl.
- Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Pour syrup mixture over cereal and sprinkles. Stir to coat evenly. Be careful, it's hot! Pat mixture into pan.
