1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups ginger ale, chilled
2 large firm bananas, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the ginger ale, bananas and crushed pineapple. Transfer to a 13x9-in. dish. Refrigerate until firm., For topping, combine sugar and flour in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk in reserved pineapple juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. , Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount into egg; return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until a thermometer reads 160° and mixture is thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in butter. Cool to room temperature., In a small bowl, beat cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into custard. Spread over gelatin. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.

1 package (6 ounces) lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
4 large ripe bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water. Remove from the heat; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Stir in bananas. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add pineapple and cold water to gelatin mixture. , Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. pan; chill until set. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and flour. 2 cups boiling water
2 cups 7-Up soda
2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 large bananas, cut
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
12 ounces Cool Whip
nuts, chopped, to taste

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in 7up.
  • When jello partially sets, stir in pineapple, banana and marshmallows.

3 cups boiling water
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
TOPPING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Fresh strawberries and mint

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries and pineapple. Refrigerate until partially set. , Stir in pecans and cherries. Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. 2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup reserved pineapple juice
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon butter
3 large bananas, sliced
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup water and lemon gelatin. Add 1 cup ice cubes, stirring until melted. Stir in pineapple. Pour into a 13x9-in. dish coated with cooking spray; refrigerate until set but not firm., Repeat with the orange gelatin, remaining water and ice. Stir in marshmallows. Three 3-ounce boxes pineapple gelatin
Two 12-ounce cans seltzer, chilled
One 15-ounce can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
3 cups blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 1/4 cups mixed berries, for serving

Steps:

  • Prepare the gelatin mix according to the package instructions, using the seltzer in place of the cold water. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place a mandarin followed by a blackberry in the grooves of a 2.1-quart fluted bundt pan. Repeat to form a circle. Pour in just enough of the gelatin to cover the fruit (about 1 1/2 cups). Chill until set, about 1 1/2 hours, leaving the remainder of the gelatin mix on the counter.
  • Sprinkle the blueberries in an even layer over the firm gelatin. Cover with the remaining mandarin oranges. Top with the remaining blackberries. Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the fruit. Chill until firm, at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
  • When ready to serve, place the gelatin mold in a bowl of warm water for 2 minutes to loosen. Invert onto a circular serving platter. Fill the center of the mold with fresh berries to serve.
