Number Of Ingredients 6

½ cup corn syrup
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 cups cornflakes cereal
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Combine corn syrup, sugar and butter in medium size sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes, while stirring. Remove from heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  • Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper or buttered baking sheets; cool until firm.

Steps:

  • In sauce pan over low heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Remove from heat and add frosted corn flake cereal.
  • Drop onto wax paper lined cookie sheet and chill. Enjoy!
