FRIENDSHIP SUGAR COOKIES

Steps:

• Mix margarine and sugar together until creamy. Add egg and continue mixing until completely blended.
• In a seperate bowl(or drinking glass) : combine milk and vanilla.
• Sift together the remaining dry ingredients.
• Alternate adding dry and wet ingredients starting and ending the flour mixture.
• Chill for at least 2 hours (I prefer chilling for 3 hours in the freezer)
• After the batter is chilled spoon cookie dough onto a plate or pan of sifted powdered sugar and roll it around until it is completely covered with pwdered sugar.
• Place cookies onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until it is very lightly browned around the edges and the cookie is springy to the touch.
• this batter should make 2 1/2 - 3 dozen cookies.

FRIENDSHIP DISHPAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Combine oil and brown sugar in a very large bowl or dishpan.
• Add remaining ingredients in the order given, mixing well after each addition.
• Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
• Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

FRIENDSHIP TOFFEE COOKIES IN A JAR

Steps:

• Layer first 3 ingredients in one quart wide mouth jar, packing each layer firmly.
• Layer one cup biscuit mix, brown sugar, salt, vanilla powder and remaining biscuit mix on top.
• Fill any remaining space with chocolate chips, secure lid and attach following instructions --
• INSTRUCTIONS:.
• combine mix, 1/2 cup melted butter and one large egg in a medium bowl.mix well.
• Shape dough into 1" balls.
• Arrange on greased cookie sheet.
• Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES- FRIENDSHIP RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a bowl, mix the butter until creamy. Slowly add the sugars. Keep mixing until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix well. Sift all the dry things and slowly add them. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop mixture from a teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
