1 pound (450g) potatoes, Note 1 (3-4 potatoes)
3 tablespoon oil, Note 2
1/2 cup (52g) chopped green onions (4-5 green onions)
1/2 teaspoon salt or kosher salt ((or more to taste))
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ((or more to taste))

Steps:

  • PREPARE AND PRE-COOK POTATOES: Pierce each potato once or twice with a sharp knife. Cook in microwave on High for 6-8 minutes until tender and a knife can easily slide into potato. If potatoes are large, this might take an extra few minutes. Transfer to cutting board and cut potatoes into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes.
  • PAN FRY POTATOES: Heat oil in large skillet to medium-high heat. Add diced potatoes and fry undisturbed for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with half of salt and pepper. Flip potatoes and fry on second side for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown with a crispy crust. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Timing is approximate and will depend on how well your pan conducts heat and how brown you like your potatoes.
  • ADD ONIONS TO FINISH: Add chopped green onions. Stir for 1 minute. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.

4 red potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook, stirring often, until soft; about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • Pour remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the skillet and turn heat to medium-high. Add potato cubes, salt, paprika and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned; about 10 minutes. Stir in the onions, green peppers and parsley and cook for another minute. Serve hot.

1 kilogram cooked potatoes (from the day before)
2 red onions
250 grams streaky Bacon
1 red Bell pepper
1 green Bell pepper
1 Leek
3 Tbsps clarified butter
1 tsp chopped rosemary
2 tsps marjoram
0.5 tsp Caraway
salt
freshly ground peppers

Steps:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and slowly fry in some butter in a large pan until golden brown. Season with caraway, salt and pepper.
  • Dice the bacon finely and place in a second pan.
  • Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds and ribs, rinse and cut into narrow strips.
  • Rinse the leeks, remove the green section and cut the white and light green sections into rings.
  • Peel the onions, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into slices.
  • Add everything to the bacon pan and cook for about 8 minutes. Mix with the potatoes and herbs and serve seasoned with salt and pepper.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 medium onion, sliced
3 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 medium green peppers, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons pickling cucumbers, chopped
1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped (green onions)

Steps:

  • In a skillet, sauté onion in the oil for 1 minute.
  • Add potatoes and sauté until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add green pepper, cucumbers and cabbage and cook until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • When vegetables are tender, sprinkle the top with the chopped spring onions, and serve immediately.

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 pickling cucumber, chopped (or sliced into strips whichever you prefer)
3 tablespoons cabbage, shredded (About 1 handful)
1 bunch green onion, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Slice potatoes. Boil potatoes till soft but not mushy, about 10 min, drain. Fry onion and pepper with oil for 1 minute Add potatoes and fry until golden, about 10 minute Might need to add more oil, if so add 1 TB at a time. 200 grams small carrots
4 small onions
250 grams brown button Mushroom
180 grams red paprika
1 dried chili pepper
0.5 tsp crushed peppers
salt
40 milliliters olive oil
2 rosemary
200 grams Endive
50 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
5 Tbsps Canola oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250ºC (approximately 475ºF).
  • For the vegetables, rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half. Peel the carrots, cut into 5 cm long pieces (approximately 2 inches) and round off the ends. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Trim the mushrooms and wipe with a damp kitchen towel. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into wide strips. Crush the chile pepper with the peppercorns in a mortar.
  • Mix the vegetables with the oil and season with the pepper, chile and salt. Place on a tray and bake for 30-40 minutes. Rinse the rosemary, pluck the needles from the stems and chop finely. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, mix the rosemary with the vegetables.
  • For the salad, rinse the endives, loosen the leaves and shake dry. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Combine the vinegar with lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad before serving.

1 small onion (½ cup, diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 pounds russet potatoes (cut into approximately 1-inch cubes)
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Season-All salt
1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)

Steps:

  • Melt the butter and olive oil together in a 12-inch skillet.
  • Add the diced onions and cook on medium until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped potatoes.
  • Take the garlic powder, onion powder, and Season-All salt and mix together. Sprinkle liberally over the potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together well and reduce heat to simmer. Cover skillet so the steam will help cook the potatoes.
  • Ten minutes before the end of cooking time, turn up the heat to allow the potatoes to get some coloring from the skillet. Keep the cover off. Don't stir too much as your potatoes will start to mash up.

Steps:

  • Making Process for potato fries:Wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut from one side to make a base. Cut into 1-centimeter slices and cut length 1 centimeter wide.
  • Rinse and soak in ice-cold water for 15 minutes. All the excess starch from the potatoes will get washed and removed.
  • After soaking, pat dries the potatoes thoroughly.
  • Set a wok and fill it with oil on a medium flame for deep frying.
  • First, fry the potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes, drain excess oil and rest for 15 minutes.
  • Second, fry the potatoes on high heat until the fries become crisp and golden brown.

  • Making Process for hamburger:First, take the ground beef and divide the beef into three patties, 3/4-in thick and 31/2-in across.
  • Now, take the tray, put butter paper on it, place the patties, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Set a pan on medium-low flame and pour oil on it. Then sear the patties on the first sides for 5 minutes to develop a nice crust; in this way, fry the other side.
