4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
6 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 broiler/fryer chickens (3-1/2 to 4 pounds each), cut up
Oil for deep-fat frying

Steps:

  • In a large shallow dish, combine 2-2/3 cups flour and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker. In another shallow dish, beat eggs and 1-1/2 cups water; add 1 teaspoon salt and the remaining 1-1/3 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then place in the flour mixture, a few pieces at a time. Turn to coat., In a deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Working in batches, fry chicken, several pieces at a time, until golden brown and a thermometer inserted into chicken reads 165°, 7-8 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon season salt (or to taste)
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1/2 tablespoon black pepper (or to taste)
1/4 cup milk
2 cups canola oil (or enough for pan frying)

Steps:

  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Mix with fork until well blended.
  • In a separate shallow dish, "scramble" the eggs with the milk.
  • Coat each tender with flour mixture, then egg mixture, then another coat of flour mixture.
  • Fry until golden brown, about 5 - 7 minutes per tender. Can cook in batches.

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch-wide strips
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons chipotle powder, optional
1 1/2 cups fine breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons sliced fresh chives
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • For the chicken: Season the chicken breast strips with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the flour and toss to coat on all sides.
  • In a small baking dish, combine the Greek yogurt and chipotle powder if using. Whisk to combine. In a second small baking dish, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder and mustard powder. Coat each chicken strip in the yogurt mixture and then the breadcrumb mixture. Place the strips on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Repeat until all the strips are completely coated in breadcrumbs. Spray the chicken strips with cooking spray and bake until golden and crunchy and the center is cooked through, 10 to 13 minutes.
  • While the chicken bakes, make the dip: Whisk together the creme fraiche, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, parsley, chives and thyme in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.

½ cup all-purpose flour
2 Land O'Lakes® Eggs, slightly beaten
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch-flavored dressing mix
1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
3 squares Land O'Lakes® Garlic & Herb Saute Express®
Ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Place corn flake crumbs, flour and eggs each into individual shallow bowls. Add ranch dressing mix to flour; stir until combined.
  • Coat each chicken tender with flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten egg. Press into corn flake crumbs.
  • Melt Saute Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
  • Place coated chicken tenders into skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Serve with ranch dressing.
