- In a large bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, gin, liquid smoke, and sugar. Place the chicken wings in the bowl, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill for low heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange chicken on the grill, and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken wings on one side for 20 minutes, then turn and brush with honey. Continue grilling 25 minutes, or until juices run clear.

- In a bowl, combine flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Coat the wings in the flour evenly, shaking off any excess.
- Place the floured wings on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bend the wings and tuck the tips under the large joint to form a triangle.
- Season the chicken wings on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Set wings in a single layer in a large roasting or baking pan. Use two pans if you have to.
- Bake the chicken wings, turning once, until browned, about 45 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven.
- Pour off all the fat from the pan. If necessary, blot the wings with paper towels.
- Return the wings to the pan.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken wings and return to the oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn the wings over and bake 10 minutes longer.
- Serve hot, at room temperature, or cold.

- Season chicken wings lightly with seasoned salt.
- Mix flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika together in a wide, shallow bowl. Press wings into flour mixture to coat and arrange onto a large plate so they do not touch. Refrigerate coated wings for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Dredge wings again in flour mixture and return to the plate. Refrigerate wings again 15 to 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Fry chicken wings in hot oil until crisp and no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, 9 to 12 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat, near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- In a blender add the Fresh Strawberry (8 ounce), Chicken Stock (1/2 cup), Garlic (1 tablespoon) and blend. Strain the strawberry mix and add into a pan over low heat.
- Add Brown Sugar (6 1/2 tablespoon), Ketchup (2 cup), Balsamic Vinegar (4 1/2 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 teaspoon) and Worcestershire Sauce (2 teaspoon). Whisk together and add Butter (to taste). Place the lid on, lower the heat to medium and cook for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl place the Chicken Wing (2.5 pound). Add Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (5 tablespoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 1/2 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon) and Paprika (2 teaspoon). Mix thoroughly and let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
- In a bowl mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup) and Water (18 tablespoon).
- In another bowl add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup). Roll the chicken wings in the flour and lay on a rack. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour slurry. We want to have a runny coating on the outside and dip in the flour once more. Shake off the excess and place back on the rack. Let it dry for 10 minutes.
- In a large pot add Vegetable Oil (as needed) and heat up to 335 degrees F (168 degrees C).

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top of each. Coat the racks with nonstick cooking spray.
- Make the Carolina BBQ sauce: Whisk together the mustard, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and the sugars dissolve, about 10 minutes. Set aside half of the sauce for the final basting and for serving.
- Make the oven-roasted chicken wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Stir together the flour, House Seasoning and baking powder in a bowl.
