YOGURT PARFAIT RECIPE
Yogurt Parfait recipe is a simple breakfast or snack that starts with a thick and creamy yogurt layered with homemade granola and fresh berries then topped with more fresh berries and a honey drizzle. A delicious breakfast ready in only a few minutes!

- Layer each cup with yogurt, homemade granola and fresh berries. Repeat the layers until the cup is full. Top with berries and drizzle with honey.

FRUIT, YOGURT AND GRANOLA PARFAIT
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together the oats, almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and season with the salt. Bake, stirring halfway, until the nuts are golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool. The granola will keep in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
- Put 1/4 cup yogurt in a juice or parfait glass and top with 1/4 cup fresh fruit and then 1/4 cup granola. Repeat with the remaining ingredients in 5 more glasses and serve.

- Line a sieve with cheesecloth or paper towels and suspend it over a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the sieve and allow it to drain, refrigerated, for 3 hours or overnight.
- Place the thickened yogurt into a medium bowl and stir in the currants or raisins, vanilla, honey, and orange zest.
- Thin with orange juice until it is a desirable consistency.
- Divide yogurt among 4 dessert dishes or parfait glasses, spooning yogurt in alternating with granola. Garnish with sections of orange and serve.
