PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE DIP
This creamy party dip is flavored with pumpkin and bourbon. Your guests will love it.

- Sift the confectioners' sugar with the instant milk & pumpkin spice.
- In a bowl whip the cream cheese till it is soft and fluffy.
- Add the bourbon and beat for about 30 seconds.
- Add the pumpkin to the cream cheese and beat till it is thoroughly mixed.
- Carefully add the pumpkin mixtures to the confectioners' sugar mixture and on a low speed on your mixer, mix till it is all mixed.
- Refrigerate this for at least 24 hours.
- Allow it to sit on the counter for about an hour before serving.
- Serve with your favorite choice of cracker or cookie.

- Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth (it's important that the cream cheese is room temperature so it will mix smoothly into the batter). Slowly add pumpkin pie puree and mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and cloves and mix until smooth.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Serve with gingersnap cookies, apple slices, cinnamon graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
