- Place orange juice, peach chunks, and ice in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour peach-flavored bourbon liqueur, peach schnapps, and vodka into a large pitcher. Add orange-peach mixture; stir well to blend.
- Pour soda slowly into pitcher to prevent foaming.

HONEY-PEACH FIZZ
This easy-to-make cocktail is a refreshing blend of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey, ripe peaches, fresh mint, and lemon-lime soda.

Steps:
- Muddle the peach slices and mint leaves in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Add the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey and stir to combine.
- Fill the glass about 2/3-full with crushed ice, top with lemon-lime soda, and stir gently.
- Garnish with slices of peach and a sprig of mint.
PEACH FIZZ
Steps:
- Combine 6 roughly chopped peeled peaches (about 5 cups), one 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1/4 cup gin and 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend until smooth (in batches if necessary). Pour into 4 glasses.
FRESH PEACH FIZZ WITH MINT
Steps:
- Combine half the sparkling mineral water and honey in a blender. Pour about 1/4 mixture into a martini shaker; add 8 ice cubes and the rest of the sparkling water. Shake. Using the martini strainer, pour into a martini glass until almost full. Drizzle peach juice over top to fill. Garnish with mint, pushed into the drink, and serve.

- Combine sugar, water, peach slices and mint to a small pot over low heat. Bring to a slight simmer and let gently simmer for 30 minutes.
