1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine
2-1/2 cups white cranberry juice
2/3 cup light or coconut rum
1/3 cup each fresh blackberries, blueberries and raspberries
1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, mix wine, juice and rum; add fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours; serve over ice.

1 apple, cubed
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup pitted and sliced cherries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
¾ cup brandy
2 cups lemon-lime soda

Steps:

  • Mix wine, apple, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, and brandy together in a pitcher; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir lemon-lime soda into wine mixture.

  • Combine the rosé, vodka, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and watermelon in a 64-ounce jar. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice and top with cold seltzer.
