FRENCH VANILLA TIRAMISU
This recipe came from a "Family Circle" magazine, 2005. I love tiramisu and this is an excellent version! Recipe has been modified for posting purposes.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Slowly add milk, beating well after each addition.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat on low speed until well blended.
- Dust cut sides of ladyfingers with coffee; place half of the ladyfingers on the bottom and up side of 1 ½ quart serving bowl.
- Top with layers of half each of the pudding mixture, whipped topping, and grated chocolate; cover with remaining ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers of pudding mixture, whipped topping, and grated chocolate.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.

QUICK AND EASY TIRAMISU
No one can resist this classic cool and creamy dessert. It's quick to prepare but can be made ahead for added mealtime convenience.

- In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, 2 minutes. In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until soft peaks form. Fold into pudding; cover and refrigerate., Arrange half of the ladyfingers cut side up in an 11x7-in. dish. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water; drizzle half over the ladyfingers. Spread with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cocoa. Refrigerate until serving.
