- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside Combine chicken, soup, dip, and cheese. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture. Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan. Top with French fried onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown

Steps:
- Heat your olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat, add in your chopped onions and 3 Tbsp of chicken broth. Let onions cook for 45 minutes stirring often.
- When onions are close to being finished you can sear your chicken in a separate frying pan, season breasts with a little salt & pepper, use a little cooking spray and cook 5 minutes on each side over medium heat, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- When onions are cooked add in thyme and garlic. Add in flour and mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup of your chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining chicken broth, vinegar and mustard, bring to a boil, the sauce should thicken at this point.
- Place your chicken in a sprayed casserole dish, top with your onion mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove and add your shredded gouda cheese (can substitute for another cheese if you wish)
- Turn oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately, makes 4 servings. Can be frozen.

Steps:
- Put chicken and broth into a sauce pan and bring to a boil over high heat
- Once broth comes to a boil, cover pan and turn the burner off. Let chicken sit on burner in covered pan for 30 minutes. Remove from broth and shred chicken
- Spray a small casserole, like an 8" x 8," and combine the soup and dip right in the dish
- Add chicken and cheese and stir to combine. Casserole can be covered and refrigerated at this point for baking later
- Right before baking, cut the biscuits into 4 piece and submerge them into the chicken mixture in the dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with onions and return to oven for 5 more minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and golden.
- Reheat leftovers covered at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Serves 3-4
