2 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 (10.75oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz refrigerated French Onion Dip
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (12oz) can refrigerated Grands Jr biscuits
1/4 cup French fried onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside Combine chicken, soup, dip, and cheese. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture. Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan. Top with French fried onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown

4 cups peeled and chopped onions (I used red onion because it's my favorite)
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup plus 3 Tbsp chicken broth
1 tsp thyme
2 cloves of garlic (diced)
1.5 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
4- 6 oz chicken breast (if following freestyle they can be larger)
2/3 cup light gouda shredded cheese (77 grams)

Steps:

  • Heat your olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat, add in your chopped onions and 3 Tbsp of chicken broth. Let onions cook for 45 minutes stirring often.
  • When onions are close to being finished you can sear your chicken in a separate frying pan, season breasts with a little salt & pepper, use a little cooking spray and cook 5 minutes on each side over medium heat, set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • When onions are cooked add in thyme and garlic. Add in flour and mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup of your chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in remaining chicken broth, vinegar and mustard, bring to a boil, the sauce should thicken at this point.
  • Place your chicken in a sprayed casserole dish, top with your onion mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and add your shredded gouda cheese (can substitute for another cheese if you wish)
  • Turn oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately, makes 4 servings. Can be frozen.

1 lb. boneless chicken breast (or 2 cups shredded cooked chicken)
3 cups chicken broth
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup prepared refrigerated onion dip
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 cup French fried onion pieces
1 small can 5 count, refrigerated Grands biscuit dough*

Steps:

  • Put chicken and broth into a sauce pan and bring to a boil over high heat
  • Once broth comes to a boil, cover pan and turn the burner off. Let chicken sit on burner in covered pan for 30 minutes. Remove from broth and shred chicken
  • Spray a small casserole, like an 8" x 8," and combine the soup and dip right in the dish
  • Add chicken and cheese and stir to combine. Casserole can be covered and refrigerated at this point for baking later
  • Right before baking, cut the biscuits into 4 piece and submerge them into the chicken mixture in the dish
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with onions and return to oven for 5 more minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and golden.
  • Reheat leftovers covered at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  • Serves 3-4

  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
