NINJA FOODI RECIPE: CRISPY PORK CARNITAS
These Crispy Pork Carnitas are made in the Ninja Foodi in less than 1 hour. Pressure cook them to tender and crisp them up all in one device.

Steps:
- Place pork, salt, oregano, and cumin in Ninja Foodi pressure cook insert. Combine making sure the seasonings are covering the pork.
- Take the orange and squeeze the juices over the pork. Put the squeezed orange in the insert, along with the onion, garlic cloves, and ½ cup chicken broth.
- Cover the Ninja Foodi with the pressure cooker cover, ensuring the valve is set to seal. Set the Ninja Foodi to High Pressure and cook for 20 minutes.
- Once the 20 minute timer is complete, do a quick release by switching the valve to vent. Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and remove the orange, onion, and garlic cloves.
- Set the Ninja Foodi to satué and select md:hi. The liquid will begin to simmer. Allow the liquid to cook until it reduces, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once the majority of the liquid has reduced, press stop on the Ninja Foodi and then close the Ninja Foodi Air Crisp lid.
- Select Broil and adjust the time to 8 minutes.
- Once complete, use the crispy delicious meat in tacos, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, etc. Top with cilantro or any of your favorite toppings.

BEEF STROGANOFF- NINJA FOODI RECIPE

Steps:
- Turn on your Ninja Foodi and select the sauté function
- Add oil and heat for 1 minute
- Add onion and cook until the onion becomes tender and translucent
- Add beef and season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper
- Brown beef on all sides- stir frequently
- Add garlic
- Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce
- Stir in mushrooms
- Stir in flour being sure to coat the meat and mushrooms evenly
- Pour in beef broth and ½ teaspoon salt
- Close the pressure cooker lid and set on high pressure for 10 minutes with the vent on "seal"
- When timer beeps, turn nozzle to "vent" and quick release all pressure
- Open lid and add in egg noodles
- Close the lid and set on high pressure for 5 minutes with the vent on "seal"
- When the timer beeps, allow pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes
- Open lid and add in ½ cup of sour cream.
- Stir and serve!

NINJA FOODI HEALTHY RECIPES
Steps:
- Pour 3/4 cup of your sauce into a bowl with your raw tenders. Toss to coat and let sit to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your machine at this time. Close air crisp lid (attached), turn machine on, press air crisp button, set to 400 degrees and let heat for 5 minutes.
- Spray inside of air crisp basket and lay sauced tenders in basket without overlapping. Close lid and cook at 400 F for 7-10 minutes (depending on how thick they are), flip each one over and cook for another 4-6 minutes (depending on thickness) until thickest part reaches 165 F.
- Remove and brush more bbq sauce on the outside and enjoy.
