Steps:
- Place a large wok or skillet on the stove over medium heat.
- Add oil. Add onions and saute for about 3 - 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and minced fresh ginger and cook for about one minute, stirring the whole time.
- Add the ground beef to the onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook the ground beef until brown and no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Empty the bag of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage) and shredded carrots to the ground beef.
- Cook the coleslaw (shredded cabbage and carrots) with the ground beef until the cabbage is wilted and carrots are softened.
- Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha and stir.
- Garnish the dish with chopped green onions, more sriracha, and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

This Broccoli Slaw recipe is packed with delicious flavors like crunchy cashews, fresh apples, sweet craisins and savory bacon that are all wrapped in a dressing that is equally creamy and tangy.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and vinegar.
- Place the craisins in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes or until they plump up, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, apple, nuts, bacon and craisins. Then fold in the dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately. If you are not serving right away, save the bacon to put in right before serving and chill until you are ready to serve then stir in the bacon.

- For the pulled pork, preheat your slow cooker. Brush the mustard onto the pork shoulder roast on all sides and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the ground coffee, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto the mustard-coated pork generously on all sides. Add the onions and chicken broth to the slow cooker and place the pork shoulder on top. Cook for 4-8 hours (4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low, depending on your slow cooker) or until the meat is tender and the pork is falling apart. Remove from the slow cooker and let rest for just a couple of minutes. Either with two forks or your fingers (be careful, it's hot!) pull or shred the meat. Add the pulled pork to a large bowl and add the BBQ sauce. Toss to evenly coat and set aside. To prepare the broccoli slaw, whisk together the mayo, milk, Dijon mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add the broccoli slaw and the cilantro and toss to evenly coat. Set aside until you are ready to use or refrigerate in an airtight container for a day or two. To assemble your hot dogs, place a layer of broccoli slaw into the bun and then top with the hot dog. Top the hot dog with BBQ pulled pork and then sprinkle queso fresco cheese and cilantro on top. Drizzle more BBQ sauce on top if you desire. Enjoy!

- In a medium bowl combine broccoli slaw and skinny blue cheese dressing. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, carrots, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Makes 5 equal patties, 5.5 oz each.
- Heat a large skillet on high heat. When hot, lightly spray the oil. Add burgers to the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Cook on one side until browned 4-5 minutes, then flip.
- Cook another 4 minutes or until burgers are cooked all the way through (keep heat medium-low to prevent burning); top with cheese and place on a toasted burger buns topped with broccoli slaw.
