1984. A model enters a bar in London and orders something that can really wake her up: This is how the Espresso Martini was born. We'll now revisit this recipe with the Training Center's addition of a traditional Piedmontese liqueur: the Frangelico.

- Prepare an espresso and add sugar. Place the ice, the sweetened coffee, the vodka and the Frangelico in the shaker. Shake well and pour the contents into a martini glass Cut the Gianduiotto in half and then use a knife to make an incision: use this to fit it on the rim of the cup.
