- Crumble the mince in a large bowl, then tip in the breadcrumbs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and eggs with 1 tsp ground pepper and 1-2 tsp salt. Mix with your hands to combine everything thoroughly.
- Shape the mix into 12 burgers. Chill until ready to cook for up to 24 hrs. Or freeze for up to 3 months. Just stack between squares of baking parchment to stop the burgers sticking together, then wrap well. Defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.
- To cook the burgers, heat grill to high. Grill burgers for 6-8 mins on each side until cooked through. Meanwhile, warm as many buns as you need in a foil-covered tray below the grilling burgers. Let everyone assemble their own, served with their favourite accompaniments.

EASY CHEESEBURGER RECIPE

- Pre heat your grill to medium-high to high heat, around 375 to 400 degrees F.
- Hand mix the ground beef, BBQ rub and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl. Divide the hamburger into 3-4 equal sizes, depending on how big you want your patties. Roll the meat into a ball and flatten to make the patties. For best results, make the patties about the same diameter as your hamburger bun. Use a 1 tsp measuring spoon or your thumb to make a 1/4"-1/2" indentation in the center of each patty.
- Place the patties on the grill, over direct heat. Flip when they no longer stick to the grill, approximately 5 minutes per side.
- When the burgers are done cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let sit on the grill, over indirect heat, for no more than a minute.
- Once the sliced cheese is slightly melted, remove the burgers from the grill and serve immediately on a bun with your favorite toppings/condiments. Enjoy!!

- Divide the meat into 4 equal portions (~6 oz. each); form each portion loosely into a ¾ inch thick patty and make a deep depression in the center with your thumb.
- Season both sides of each burger with salt and pepper.
- Brush the patties with the oil.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat on top of stove; cook the burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the first side, about 3 minutes for beef, 5 minutes for turkey.

- Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.

- Divide the minced beef into four equal portions and roll them into balls without pressing them together too much. Squash the balls and gently mould them into four "quarterpound" patties the same size as your burger buns. Chill the patties in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
