Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces grapefruit vodka
2 ounces fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Ice, for chilling

Steps:

Combine the grapefruit vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

1 1/2 ounces Laird's straight bottled-in-bond apple brandy
1 ounce Pimm's No. 1
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Ginger beer, chilled, to top
Garnish: lemon half-wheel

Steps:

Add the Laird's apple brandy, Pimm's No. 1, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and Peychaud's bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a lemon half-wheel.
