- Pulse fresh cranberries and pineapple chunks together in food processor or blender. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Combine cranberry-pineapple mixture with marshmallows, coconut, pineapple tidbits and pecans in a large bowl.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Steps:
- Combine pineapple juice and water in a 2-qt. saucepan; heat to boiling. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until it dissolves. Stir in cranberry sauce, lemon juice, zest and nutmeg. Chill until mixture thickens slightly. Add sour cream; stir until thoroughly combined. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Pour into an 8-cup mold; chill until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.

- In a saucepan, bring the cranberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until berries burst. Strain through a food mill or sieve into a large bowl. , Stir in the gelatin, lemon juice and orange juice. Cool until mixture coats the back of a spoon. , In a small bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into cranberry mixture. Chill until set.

- 1. Chill small mixer bowl.2. Line bottom and sides of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with wafers. Set aside.3. In medium bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in orange juice. Set aside.4. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Cover and refrigerate until partially set.5. Meanwhile, in chilled bowl beat whipping cream on medium speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.6. Beat gelatin mixture on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream and orange sections. Pour over wafers in dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
