TURKEY MEATLOAF RECIPE
This Turkey Meatloaf Recipe is healthy, tasty, filling and makes a perfect weeknight dinner. Plus spinach takes this dish to the next level.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and sauté 5 minutes or until they start to get tender. Stir in the spinach and cover to wilt.
- Remove from pan and chop spinach mixture up into small pieces and add it to a large bowl with the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and press into a greased loaf pan.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup and bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165 degrees or higher. Sit for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Steps:
- Mix ground turkey, cereal, egg whites, 1/2 Celsius of ketchup, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Salt and pepper to taste if desired.
- Shape into a loaf. Place in greased baking pan.
- MIx remaining ketchup and water. Spread evenly over meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

- Heat the oven to 350°F Spray an 8-inch loaf pan with the cooking spray.
- Thoroughly mix the turkey, 1/4 cup sauce, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, Parmesan cheese and fennel seed in a large bowl.
- Press half the turkey mixture into the pan. Press a 1-inch indentation down the center of the turkey mixture.
- Stir the spinach and mozzarella cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon the spinach mixture into the indentation, mounding in the center. Press the remaining turkey mixture over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Spoon the remaining sauce over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined. Form mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over the meatloaf and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and bake until cheese is melted and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), about 5 more minutes.
