If you love those cheesy corn snacks that leave your fingers bright orange, then you have to try this recipe! The Nacho Cheese and Flamin' Hot varieties are especially good here. Make sure you use the "crunchy" ones, not the "puffs".

Steps:
- Place the "Cheesies" in your food processor and process into small crumbs. Add the Parmesan Cheese and pour onto a plate.
- Coat chicken breasts in flour & salt.
- Combine egg & water. Beat until well combined. Dip floured Chicken in egg mixture.
- Coat the chicken in the Cheesie crumbs.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet (I use cooking spray).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350° until chicken is cooked through (cooking time will depend on thickness of meat).

- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Prepare a pan or surface with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, mix together Cheeto crumbs and parmesan, add flour to a second shallow dish or bowl, and beaten eggs to a third.
- Dip each tender into the flour, until coated, then into egg, until coated, then into Cheeto mixture pressing down firmly on both sides to make sure breading really sticks. Place each tender onto prepared surface until ready to cook.
- Coat each tender in cooking spray, front and back, more for a crispier and browned breading.
- Lay each coated tender into air fryer basket, not overlapping. You will need to do multiple batches.
- Cook for 13-14 minutes, flipping each tender halfway through.
- Remove from basket and allow to cool slightly before serving.

HOT CHICKEN TENDERS

- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk and hot sauce. Working in batches, dredge chicken tenders in the flour mixture then dip in buttermilk mixture. Dredge for a second time in flour mixture, shake off excess flour and place on a baking sheet while you dredge the rest of the tenders.
- Meanwhile, pour about 1 1Ž2-in vegetable oil into a large, deep skillet. Heat over medium heat until the oil reaches about 350 degrees F, or until the oil is shimmer. (If a splash of water sizzles when you flick it into the pan, it's ready.) Working in batches, add 3-4 chicken tenders to the hot oil using tongs. Do not crowd the pan, or the oil will cool! Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook until the second side is golden and the chicken is cooked through, 3-4 more minutes. Place the fried chicken tenders on a cooling rack lined with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the spices and brown sugar. While it's still hot, toss the fried chicken in the spice mix until it's evenly coated. This makes it spicy! Serve hot with biscuits and pickles.

- 1. In a large bowl,combine buttermilk,sriracha,blue cheese dressing,red pepper flakes and jalapeno pickling liquid;whisk together until blended.
- 2. Season chicken tenders with creole seasoning.
- 3. Place chicken tenders into buttermilk mixture,mix well.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.Marinade for 4 hours.
- 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil;place a cooling rack on top and sprayed with cooking spray.
- 5. Take the chicken tenders out the bowl of buttermilk mixture,onto a large ziplock bag.
- 6. Add crushed flamin' hot cheetos into the bag of chicken tenders.Seal and shake the bag to coat thoroughly.
- 7. Remove from the bag;place on the rack in a single layer.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear,about 15 minutes.
