QUICK & EASY BBQ MEATLOAF (5 INGREDIENTS)
Very easy quick meatloaf recipe. I make many varieties of meatloaf... sometimes the Italian with breadcrumbs, garlic, eggs, etc... This version is a tasty quick BBQ recipe that is great for busy nights or dinner in a rush. Sometimes I put the remaining BBQ sauce right on the loaf prior to putting it in oven if you like it a little hardened. For easy clean-up, I use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper that I spray lightly with Pam Olive Oil spray.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
- Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.

TWENTY-FIVE INGREDIENT MEATLOAF
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add green onions, celery, garlic, carrot, onion and peppers and saute until sweated, about 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Set aside to cool. Combine salt, black and white peppers, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, sugar and eggs in a large bowl and beat well. Add half-and-half and ketchup and blend thoroughly. Add meats, breadcrumbs, cilantro and cooled vegetables to egg mixture and blend thoroughly with hands for about 5 minutes. With damp hands, form the mixture into an oval resembling a long loaf of bread. Place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil for easy removal of the meatloaf after it is cooked.
- Finely dice the Onion
- Mix all ingredients (except the 1/3 cup Ketchup reserved for the top) together in a large bowl with a fork or with hands: beef, parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper.
- Form a loaf in the loaf pan. Spread the remaining 1/3 cup Ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan, cut and serve with roast or mashed potatoes or salad. Enjoy!

THE BEST MEATLOAF I'VE EVER MADE
When I was growing up, my mom never ever made meatloaf and I always wanted to try it - I finally tried it at a restaurant and loved it. When I moved out on my own I started experimenting with different recipes and creating my own version. I finally came up with the best meatloaf I have ever made, and I wanted to share it.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onion and garlic 5 minutes, until onion is tender. Remove from heat, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix the onion and garlic, beef, crumbled bread, crushed crackers, egg, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Gradually stir in the milk 1 teaspoon at a time until mixture is moist, but not soggy. Transfer the mixture to a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 40 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and continue baking 15 minutes, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining tomato sauce and ketchup. Pour over the top of the meatloaf, and continue baking 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

- Preheat oven or other cooking method to desired cooking temperature. (See notes)
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, 1/4 cup sauce, oats or breadcrumbs, soup mix and egg. Mix for several minutes by hand until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl mix together the water and stuffing and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Then add in the ground turkey, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix together well.
- Put it into a greased 9 x 9 inch glass pan and pat it down.
- Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Top with gravy if desired.

- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon, fork or your hands to be certain all ingredients are evenly distributed. For me, this is a job most easily accomplished by hand.
- This is a good-sized meatloaf, so a *larger loaf pan is called for. The one I use is one I also use for baking 2 lb bread loaves. It measures 10x5 inches.
- Pack the meatloaf mixture into the loaf pan and bake in a 350° oven for 50-60 minutes, until the internal temperature registers at least 155°.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest on a cooling rack, still in the pan, for at least 15 minutes.
