- Combine the coffee creamer, cocoa mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Mix well. Store the mixture in an airtight container at room temperature. To use, combine 2 heaping tablespoons and 1 cup boiling water in a coffee mug. Mix well then serve hot.
