Steps:
- 1. In a medium sauce pan, add olive oil, white onion, and habanero pepper. Cook until onions are soft and slightly caramelized, about 6 minutes. Add bacon crumbles, tomato juice, vinegar, honey, water, and brown sugar, and let reduce over low heat, stirring as mixture cooks for about 35 minutes. Stir in strawberries and remove from heat, allow mixture to cool. Add the sauce to a blender and puree until smooth.
- 2. How to use..... Add and/or " Smear " the sauce over anything You decide to BBQ on your grill, add the " sauce " with about 3 or 4 minutes left to cook.... Watch closely and don't allow the " sauce " to burn.
- 3. ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BOB'S BBQ SAUCE
This is a great basic BBQ sauce our family got from a fireman friend. It has a nice zing from some horseradish. We've used it on everything from chicken to meatloaf! This is also great to increase the servings, bottle it up and refrigerate for multiple uses.

FIREMAN BOB'S WET AND SPICY BBQ SAUCE MY WAY...
Member's Choice! First you get a sweet taste ... then you get the heat. This is an easy sauce to make and your guests will be licking their fingers! I used it on a brisket but cannot wait to try it on other meat. I used 8 oz of the smoked red peppers, 15 oz can of tomato sauce and 6 oz cans of tomato paste.
