5 ALARM SAUCE
Steps:
- Combine the hot sauce, margarine or butter, cayenne pepper, chile flakes, horseradish, jalapenoes, habaneros, cumin, garlic, onion and black pepper in a food processor and mix on medium speed until all the ingredients are well mixed. Reserve the hot sauce to toss with chicken wings.
- Cook's Note: Be sure to wear gloves when cutting the jalapeno and habanero and do not touch your face after handling the seeds or cut up peppers to avoid irritation!

- In a large Dutch Oven, put the water in and add the potatoes, salt, and onions and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. In a large skillet, mushrooms, carrots, poblano, jalapenos, garlic and cumin, and slowly cook till all is tender. Place the " skillet " ingredients into the Dutch Oven with the hot sauce and simmer for 60 minutes very low and slow.
- Once the soup is cooked, using an Immersion Blender, ( Boat Motor ) Blend till all is smooth.
- In a bowl, gradually whisk milk into flour until mixture is smooth. Slowly whisk milk mixture into soup. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soup is thickened to your liking.
- Turn heat off, and add the cheeses, stirring until melted. Top with the green onions. ENJOY !!!!!
BOB'S HABANERO HOT SAUCE-LIQUID FIRE
Using fewer habanero peppers can reduce the spiciness in this extremely hot habanero hot sauce. The sauce works wonders as a pick-up for Bloody Mary drinks. Flavors meld wonderfully and the sauce keeps nicely for a long time. WARNING: A DASH IS ALL YOU NEED! IT IS BEST TO USE GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THE HABANERO PEPPERS. Makes 64 Servings.

- 1. Place the peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, water, lime juice, lime zest into the food processor or blender, process for 4minutes.
- 2. Place salt, paprika, white pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, ginger and allspice in a " coffee/spice " grinder and process to a powder.
- 3. Combine the all ingredients together, continue blending till smooth.
- 4. Pour mixture into a large stock pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Allow mixture to cool, then pour into clean jars, and refrigerate for 2 days before using.
- 6. REALLY !!!!!! THIS IS HOT !!!!
