Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8 pan.
- Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in bleu cheese dressing, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken until thoroughly mixed.
- Spread cheese mixture out into the prepared pan. Top with crumbled bleu cheese. Bake in the prepared pan for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, cut celery into sticks and slice baguette.
- Serve dip hot with celery sticks and baguette slices for dipping.

- Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

THE BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
There are a lot of Buffalo chicken dip recipes but I feel certain this is one of the very best. Made with freshly cooked chicken, this is way better than recipes that call for the canned stuff. It's super rich and creamy with the perfect amount of tang. I highly recommend the optional blue cheese crumbles on top! Great served at room temperature so it's perfect for a party. Serve with celery and carrot sticks or corn chips.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken on a large sheet of foil and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap foil around chicken to form a pouch, sealing it around the edges. Place foil pouch on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes to cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, increase oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Stir together cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce in a large bowl until well combined.
- Roughly chop or shred cooked chicken. Add to cream cheese mixture along with Cheddar cheese; stir to combine. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with blue cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, until bubbly and golden around the edges, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.

EASY BEEF FRENCH DIP WITH QUICK AU JUS

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, until softened, about 4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons butter; when the butter has melted, add the mushrooms and thyme. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms soften and start to caramelize, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons butter. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is fragrant, about 3 minutes. Place the rolls cut-side up on a rimmed baking sheet. Liberally brush the rolls with the garlic butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toast in the oven until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside for assembling.
- To the pot with the mushrooms, add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. Bring the heat down to medium-low and simmer an additional minute. Turn the heat off, then add the roast beef to the pot, quickly removing when just warmed through, about 30 seconds.
- To assemble the sandwiches, spread a layer of creamy horseradish, to taste, on both sides of the rolls. Add a layer of beef on the bottom halves of each roll, then top with a spoonful of mushrooms along with some of the jus. Top with giardiniera to taste. Transfer the remaining jus to dipping bowls and serve on the side.
FIREHOUSE BUFFALO DIP
The guys at the Firehouse love this recipe. After removing it from the oven, it should cool for about 10 minutes, but as soon as they find out it's out of the oven, they are grabbing the big frito scoops and before you know it, it's gone! For a large crowd, it's best to fix two!

- 1. Shred (boiled or roasted)chicken/turkey or open can and drain. Pour in buffalo sauce and stir. Spread Cream Cheese in 9x13 glass dish. Pour buffalo sauce on chicken and stir. Layer chicken/turkey on top of cream cheese then drizzle with dressing. Top with approximately 2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
- 2. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Cool for approximately 10 minutes. Use Large Frito Scoops or Tortilia Scoops.
- 3. ENJOY!
