Steps:
- Cut the thick cut bacon into thirds and place in a bowl.
- Add the brown sugar, Fireball, cinnamon, and ground red pepper (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the bacon pieces on a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Place in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Cook time will depend on how thick the bacon is cut.
- Carefully transfer to a plate while still warm (to prevent sticking) and let cool. The bacon will harden as it comes to room temp.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix the mustard, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce and 4 teaspoons of Fireball Whisky.
- Partially remove skin and fully coat chicken with 1/3 of the mixture and sprinkle on your rub. Put skin back on and coat with the rest of the mustard mixture and more rub.
- Heat oil in a 12 inch heavy skillet over high heat until hot but not smoking.
- Nestle chicken in skillet, skin side down, and cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue cooking skin side down, occasionally rearranging chicken thighs and rotating pan to evenly distribute heat, until fat renders and skin is golden brown (about 12 minutes).
- Transfer chicken to baking sheet. Place in oven and cook 13 minutes. Flip chicken and continue cooking until skin crisps and meat is cooked through (about 5 minutes longer).
- Transfer to a plate and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- While chicken is baking, in a separate pan, mix BBQ sauce and 1/8 cup Fireball Whisky on low heat until sauce is well mixed and warm. Use this as a dipping sauce or coat chicken with sauce.

- In a medium size bowl, mix the liquor, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to a evenly coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.
- To cook, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove the chicken, shaking off excess marinade.
- Pour the marinade into a small saucepan.
- and bring to a boil. Boil until it begins to thicken and about 1 cup remains, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Sear the chicken until golden on both sides. Pour the reduced marinade over the chicken and place in the oven.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes. Add Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Prepare grill. Season both sides of the chicken with BBQ seasoning. Cook chicken until almost done, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Baste chicken with Fireball Glaze, cook for 2 minutes. Flip chicken, baste again and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove chicken from grill. Serve chicken with remaining Fireball Glaze. Enjoy.

- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and tilt sauce pan until bottom is coated with oil. Add onion and garlic and sautfor a couple minutes until onions are translucent. Pour in the Fireball Whiskey and stir together to combine. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for about 10 minutes (the onions should become soft).
- While the onions, garlic, and whiskey are simmering, in a medium bowl combine the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
