Steps:
- Squeeze lemon over shrimp and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in rosemary, basil, oregano, coriander, and bay leaf. Add white wine and Worcestershire sauce; cook until sauce is slightly reduced and flavors come together, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the sauce and cook until pink, 5 to 7 minutes more.

HOW TO COOK GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP

Steps:
- Wash and clean the shrimps then trim the antennae and rostrum teeth. You can also devein the shrimps by cutting the shell on the dorsal side of the shrimp and picking it out with a toothpick. Then marinate it with Sprite or 7-Up softdrinks.
- In a pan or wok, put the butter and heat until it melts. Saute garlic and chili flakes until garlic is slightly brown. Drain the shrimps from the soda and put in the shrimps in the pan.
- Saute until the shrimps turns orange then add the marinade. Bring to a boil and simmer until the liquid evaporates in half.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir. Garnish with spring onions or fried garlic. Serve hot with steaming cooked rice.

- Heat one tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes. Stir in a teaspoon of shrimp paste. Transfer cooked shrimps onto a plate and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp paste, stir for 20 seconds. Add squash and water; cover and let simmer for 3 minutes.
