3 feijoas, peeled and finely chopped
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Place in small bowl and let flavours mingle for an hour before serving.

4 feijoas
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Cut feijoas in half and scoop out the flesh, add to blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients pulse until smooth.
