I love this dessert.

8 oz cream cheese
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c tang drink mix
8 oz cool whip (divided)
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 small can mandarin oranges
1/4 c pecans, in pieces

Steps:

  • 1. bring cream cheese to room temperature.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, tank drink mix, and half the cool whip, add pecans, pour in pie crust, add remaining cool whip on top. garnish with mandarin oranges.
  • 3. Store in freezer'

¼ cup orange-flavored drink mix (e.g. Tang)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 mandarin orange segments

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine the orange drink mix, condensed milk, and cream cheese. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and chill for 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with whipped topping and mandarin orange segments.
