1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon peeled & minced ginger root
1/3 cup canned chicken broth
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Steps:

In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients until combined well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Asian noodle salad.
