- Combine beans, dijon, honey, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a blender or food processor. Pulse until very smooth.
- Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing after each, until dressing is smooth and pourable. Store chilled in an airtight container up to 5 days.

FAT-FREE ITALIAN-BALSAMIC SALAD DRESSING
I LOVE this dressing on a salad of mixed greens, onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, celery....oh, heck...just about anything!!! I created this one a while back when I was experimenting to find a good dressing without oil, and I have been using it ever since. If I am making only a single-serve salad, I estimate the amounts and add more swetener or spices to fit my taste. Super-healthy and super-tasty!!!

- Sid and Lisa’s Creamy Balsamic. Probably the most common salad dressing out there, and typically vegan, the balsamic is a go-to of mine at restaurants.
