Steps:
- Heat the oil until hot on medium-high heat in a shallow pot.
- Add popcorn kernel to the hot oil and stir to combine or move around the pot quickly. Cover the pot with a lid and wait for the popcorn to start popping, this should be around 50 seconds to 1 minute.
- When the popping slows down, carefully lift the pot from the heat and give a good shake. Return it to the heat and take it off once the popping stops. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
- Place a small saucepan on medium heat, add butter and heat until melted, skim the foam off the melted butter from time to time. Once the butter starts changing color add grated parmesan, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Take it off the heat immediately, don't worry if the parmesan cheese begins to brown as long as it is not burnt then it is fine.
- Drizzle the butter parmesan sauce over the popcorn and mix to combine until well coated. Transfer to a large bowl and serve. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cook the popcorn as per package directions, or as follows: Add the oil to a large, 3 quart or larger pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover, with the lid ajar.
- Shake the pot back and forth every few minutes. Remove from the heat when the popping has slowed and most kernels are popped, approximately 7 minutes. Set aside.
- While the popcorn is popping, make the seasoning mixture by combining the Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Mix to combine and adjust seasoning to taste.
- When ready to serve, lightly drizzle the popcorn with approximately 1 teaspoon of oil. Just enough to wet the popcorn without it getting greasy or soggy. Stir to coat. Immediately sprinkle the seasoning on the popcorn and stir again to coat. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Pop the popcorn. It can be any brand, just as long as it's plain buttered, and not anything fancy like kettle popcorn or extra cheesy popcorn.
- When the popcorn is ready, carefully take it out of the microwave and pour it into a bowl. Spray the spray butter onto the popcorn, then shake and repeat.
- After you've sprayed the butter on - after shaking the bowl, spraying on, and repeating - sprinkle the cheese popcorn seasoning onto the popcorn. Then shake and repeat again.
- If the cheese isn't sticking, repeat the shaking and spraying step.
- Enjoy! You can also use Parmesan cheese, powdered salad dressing mix, etc. Experiment with your flavors! Just remember the spray butter.

- In large pot (make sure it comes with a fitted lid!), add 1-2 tbsp olive oil (you will have to eye-ball it) and add popping corn.
- Cook covered on med-high heat, shaking pot often as popcorn starts to pop. Check on it every once in a while to make sure it isn't burning. You should be able to tell that it's done because the whole pot will be filled with fluffy white kernels!
- Mix together spice mix, and drizzle olive oil over hot popcorn. Put on your desired amount of the spice mix (I used almost all of it) and toss popcorn to make sure seasoning is even.
- Grate parmesan cheese directly on popcorn and toss to coat. I would start out with 1/3 cup of cheese for now; you can always add more.

- Pour the oil, popping corn and salt into a heavy 3-quart or larger pan (the kernels should be in single layer). Stir so that the salt and oil coat the kernels evenly. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-high heat, occasionally shaking the pan, until the popping almost stops. Do not let it burn; when the popping slows, it's done. Remove from the heat and let the remaining kernels pop.
- Remove the lid and drizzle the melted butter evenly over the popcorn. Transfer the popcorn into a serving bowl, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Toss gently, then taste and add more salt if desired.
- Note: Be sure to transfer the popcorn to a serving bowl before adding the cheese. If you add the cheese to the popcorn in the warm pan, it will melt and stick to the bottom.

- Cook until the popcorn popping frequency slows to several seconds between pops. Remove from heat, allow a minute or two for any final pops, and then pour into a large bowl.
- If the butter isn’t melted yet, add the butter into the still hot pot and melt. Drizzle over the popcorn and season with cheese, salt, and pepper, tossing occasionally as you butter and season the popcorn.
