Steps:
- combine butter, sugar, milk in large pan. Stir until dissolved. Stir a few times until boils. Cover and let boil 5 minutes with 3 stirrings.
- Remove from heat, add marshmellows, stir until dissolved, add vanilla and nuts. Add chocolate 1 at a time. Stir until dissolved. Pour in greased pan- (1) 10 x 15 pan or (2) 13 x 9 pans.
- May or may not leave refrigerated.

Steps:
- Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in pan. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, turn off heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Add all chocolate and stir until melted.
- Add nuts and fold into mixture.
- Pour into a greased raised edge cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
- Set aside and let cool to room temperature and then cut into bite size pieces.
- Enjoy!

- Bring margarine, milk, sugar, and marshmallows to a full boil that cannot be stirred down.
- Remove from heat.
- Add all of the chocolate and stir until melted and well-mixed.
- Stir in nuts, if desired.
- Pour into greased or buttered jelly roll pan.
- Cool and cut.

- Let boil for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmellow cream. Put in a greased 8" x 8" or 9" x 13" pan. Cool and cut into squares.

- Mix butter,, sugar and milk until warm (not hot).
- Add marshmallows and heat until they melt.
- Bring to boil.
- Remove from heat and add Hershey bar, chocolate chips and nuts.
- Stir until chocolate is dissolved.
- Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Refreigerate until firm.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine marshmallow cream, white chocolate morsels and maple extract. Set aside. (I put this in my electric mixing bowl with whisk attachment).
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, butter and salt. Heat over medium high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once boiling (a good rolling boil), continue boiling over medium high heat for 5 minutes (still stirring). After 5 minutes, remove from heat and pour over the marshmallow cream, white chocolate morsels and maple extract.
- Blend mixture for about 1-2 minutes until smooth (and white chocolate is melted). Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour into a parchment paper lined 8inch baking dish. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. ENJOY.
