- Tint vanilla frosting with neon green food coloring. Spread a generous mound of frosting on each cupcake. Before frosting dries, top with purple sprinkles., Pipe a small dot of brown decorating frosting onto a marshmallow. Lightly press an M&M mini into frosting dot to resemble an "eye." Repeat with remaining marshmallows; let dry., Pierce marshmallow "eyes" with toothpicks; insert opposite ends of toothpicks into cupcakes in any pattern desired.

Steps:
- Marinate the steak in bowl with pineapple juice for 25 minutes. After marinating, remove the steak from the juice and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each side. Discard the pineapple juice.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat and melt the butter or margarine. Evenly sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in the pan. Place the pineapple slices around the outside of the skillet, reserving one ring and leaving a space in the middle for the steak.
- Place the steak in the middle of the skillet and place one ring of pineapple on top. Once the steak is browned on the bottom, turn over, cover the skillet with a lid, and cook on low for an additional ten minutes.
- Serve the steak with the sauce from the pan and pineapple rings as garnish.

- 1. Tint the vanilla frosting neon green with the food coloring. Spread a generous mound of frosting on top of the cupcakes. While frosting is still wet, sprinkle the tops with the purple sprinkles.
- Cut the black licorice laces into about 50 pieces about 3 to 5 in. long. Insert one end of the laces into the side of the marshmallows. Pipe a small dot of the brown decorating frosting on one flat end of the marshmallow and attach a red M&M to make an eyeball.
- Insert the licorice laces, 8 to 10 per cupcake, as the wild eyes on top of each cupcake. Repeat with the remaining licorice, marshmallow eyes and cupcakes. Yield: 6 cupcakes.
