15-MINUTE SHEET-PAN CHICKEN TENDERS & BROCCOLI WITH EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING
Dinner is ready in only 15 minutes and cleanup is a breeze with these easy broiled chicken tenders coated in everything bagel seasoning with fresh broccoli on the side. The three-ingredient dipping sauce adds just a hint of sweet and spice.

- Place rack in upper third of oven. Preheat broiler to high. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Combine 2 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add broccoli; stir to coat, then spread evenly on one half of the prepared baking sheet.
- Combine the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning and ¼ teaspoon pepper in the bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Arrange on the empty side of the baking sheet. Broil, turning the pan once, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and browned, about 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt, mustard and honey in a small bowl. Serve the sauce with the chicken and broccoli.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Pulse torn bagel in a food processor until coarse crumbs form. Place 1/2 cup bagel crumbs in a shallow bowl; toss with panko, cheese and pepper flakes. (Save remaining bagel crumbs for another use.), In a microwave-safe shallow bowl, microwave butter until melted. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Dip in warm butter, then coat with crumb mixture, patting to help adhere. Place on a greased rack in a 15x10x1-in. pan., Bake until breading is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink, 15-17 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Add the potatoes to the sheet pan then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and chopped garlic. Toss well to coat then roast in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until the potatoes start to turn slightly golden brown.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the broccoli florets. Toss well to combine then push the veggies to 2/3 of the pan, leaving enough room for the chicken tender.
- Place the chicken tenders in a row on the sheet pan (it's okay if they're touching). Brush olive oil on one side of the chicken then flip it over and brush it on the other side. Generously sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top of each chicken breast to almost coat them fully. Place back in the oven and bake for another 15-18 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and the chicken is cooked all the way through (it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F).
