1 bottle (235 mL) Chocolate Ensure® High Protein
1 banana
30 mL (2 Tbsp) peanut butter
30 mL (2 Tbsp) quick oats
3 or 4 ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour and serve.
