Your deviled egg platter will look especially appealing with these elegant but very easy appetizers topped with spicy pepper relish and tangy cranberry relish.

12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
6 tablespoons Dickinson's® Sweet 'n' Hot Pepper & Onion Relish
6 tablespoons Dickinson's® Cranberry Relish

Steps:

  • Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Blend well.
  • Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Top half the eggs with Pepper and Onion Relish and half with Cranberry Relish. Chill before serving. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

1 dozen egg
1 quart milk
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups seasoned croutons (1 box)
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 lb bacon
1 green pepper (thinly sliced)
1 tomatoes (thinly sliced)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Break eggs into large mixing bowl and beat slightly.
  • Add the milk, cheese, croutons, onion, and mustard and let sit overnight.
  • Fry the bacon and break up into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice green pepper and tomato.
  • Pour egg mixture into a large greased baking dish.
  • Top with bacon and tomato slices.
  • Bake covered at 375 for 55 minutes.
  • Make the sauce for the eggs by combining the 2 cans of soup and 1/2 c milk. Heat and serve over eggs.

6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons heavy cream or 3 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise, thinned with heavy cream
paprika (I used smoked paprika for an extra dose of oo la la)
12 leaves Italian parsley, whole leaves (or fresh basil, salad burnet, lovage, etc.)

Steps:

  • Place the egg yolks in a bowl and using a fork, mash with the salt, pepper and heavy cream.
  • Divide and spoon the mixture into each egg half cavity.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top and garnish with fresh herb of choice, as suggested.
