CRESCENT BACON BREAKFAST RING
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
- In a bowl beat the eggs with the chopped peppers, salt and pepper. Cook the eggs in a skillet so that they're scrambled. You can use the same skillet you used to fry the bacon, just drain the fat first.
- Lay out the crescent rolls on a parchment pepper, like a star as shown in the pictures above.
- On each crescent roll lay a piece of bacon. Add half of the cheese around the ring. Add the scrambled eggs around the ring and top with remainder of the cheese.
- Fold the crescents over. You may brush with the egg wash if you prefer, I did because it gives the ring a nice golden colour.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley, if preferred. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bring a kettle or small pot of water just to a simmer.
- Brush the insides of 8 small ramekins with the melted butter. Crack 1 egg into each ramekin. Add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to each ramekin and season with salt and pepper. Add any combination of toppings to the ramekins. (Or even better, let your guests add their preferred toppings.)
- Place the ramekins in a high-sided baking dish. Pour the simmering water into the baking dish until it comes about halfway up the ramekins. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake until the eggs reach a custard-like consistency and the yolks are just set, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the water bath. Let cool slightly before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon in a medium saute pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. In a small bowl, combine chives and parsley.
- Butter six 8-ounce ramekins, and add bacon to each, dividing evenly. Crack two eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks. Place ramekins in a roasting pan, and pour in enough steaming hot water to reach halfway up the sides of ramekins. Cover pan tightly with foil; bake 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove pan from oven. Dividing evenly, sprinkle two ramekins carefully with goat cheese; sprinkle another two ramekins with fontina. Top each of remaining two ramekins with 1 tablespoon mixed herbs. Cover pan again and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven.
- Using tongs, carefully remove ramekins from water bath. Season eggs with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

- Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Original Crescent Rolls). Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat about 4 minutes or until cooked but not crisp, turning once. (It will continue to cook in oven.) Set bacon aside; drain all except 2 teaspoons bacon drippings from skillet.
- In medium bowl, beat 1/3 cup of the milk, the eggs, salt and pepper with fork or whisk until well mixed. Stir in bell pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As mixture heats, portions of eggs will begin to set. Gently push cooked portions with metal spatula to outside edge of skillet. Avoid stirring constantly. As more egg sets, push it to edge, and place it on top of the already set egg mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
- Meanwhile, unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. On parchment-lined cookie sheet, arrange triangles with shortest sides toward center, overlapping in star shape and leaving 4-inch round circle open in center (see diagram). Crescent dough points may hang over edge of cookie sheet. Press overlapping dough to flatten.
- Place bacon on each of the triangles. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the cheese onto widest part of dough. Spoon eggs over cheese. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of the cheese. Pull points of triangles over eggs and cheese, and tuck under dough to form ring (filling will be visible). Carefully brush dough with remaining 1 tablespoon milk; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.

- Next, use one piece of bacon per muffin to create a basket of sorts for the egg. Place the bacon on the inside of each muffin so that it covers the sides completely. Then, use a pair scissors to cut the remaining bacon. Use this excess piece of bacon for the bottom of your basket. Repeat with all pieces of bacon.
- Crack 1 egg inside of each bacon basket. Make sure that you use large eggs as anything bigger will be too much egg to hold in the muffins.
