2 hard boiled eggs
2 TBS butter or ghee, softened
unrefined sea salt (I use this one), to taste

Steps:

  • Mash peeled hard boiled eggs with butter (or ghee) with a fork until eggs are broken up and mixture is spreadable. Salt to taste.
  • Serve on your favorite bread, crackers, or salad. Or do what I do and eat it off the fork. ENJOY!

Steps:

  • Pour cream into a food processor or blender. Process for 10 minutes, or until the butter separates. Strain off the liquid. Season to taste with salt if you like. Press butter into a small bowl with the back of a spoon to further remove liquid.

3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon mexican vanilla

  • Melt butter in a medium sized sauce pan and cool.
  • Stir in the egg, sugar, corn syrup & water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for

  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • Cover and set aside to cool while preparing pancakes or waffles or biscuits.
