EGG AND BACON IMPOSSIBLE PIE
This classic Egg and Bacon Impossible Pie (also known as a Crustless Quiche) is the perfect budget meal. It's made using six ingredients and can be ready in one hour.

Steps:
- Lightly grease a 5 cup capacity pie dish and preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius (fan-forced)
- Dice the bacon and finely chop the brown onion before placing into a frying pan and cooking for 5 minutes over a medium heat until the onion turns translucent and the bacon begins to brown.
- Add the cooked bacon and onion to a bowl along with the grated cheese and flour and mix until all the ingredients are coated in flour before seasoning with a little salt and pepper.
- Scatter these ingredients across the base of the pie dish.
- In a large jug, whisk together the eggs and milk before carefully pouring it over the mixture in the pie dish and garnish with parsley.
- Place the pie into your preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the pie has risen and is golden.

Steps:
- Thaw broccoli crowns in a 9" pie plate, layer with onions and then cheese.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, Bisquix and pepper, beat together well.
- Pour mixture over broccoli in a spiral motion (otherwise it may take too long to cook in the middle).
- Bake for 25-35 minutes at 400F (a knife poked into the middle should come out clean).

- Whisk the eggs and milk together using a fork.

- Add any vegetables (optional) and stir gently.

BISQUICK IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE RECIPE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Add shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced onion onto the bottom of the pie plate. Spread evenly.
- In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs, salt, and pepper together. Then stir in the milk.
- Add the Bisquick, and whisk until you form a smooth mixture.
- Pour the Bisquick mixture over the pie plate.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Check for doneness by poking the center with a toothpick. It if comes out clean, the quiche is done!
- Let the quiche cool on a wire rack for15 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
