HEALTHY BROCCOLI TOTS
Steps:
- Peel and chop the potatoes into one inch cubes.
- Cut the stems of the broccoli, and add it to a large pot of boiling water.
- Add the potatoes to the pot with it.
- Salt the water to taste, and let it boil until the potatoes and broccoli are soft.
- Drain the water from the vegetables, and add them to a food processor.
- Use the food processor to process the broccoli and potatoes into a smooth consistency.
- Add the processed vegetables to a large bowl.
- Add in the egg and breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the ingredients together with a fork.
- Set your oven to the high broiler setting.
- Use a spoon to dollop the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Place it under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, or until the outsides are crispy and golden brown.
- Allow them to cool for five minutes before serving.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

I don't eat broccoli, (I know), but my hubby does, so this sammie is dedicated to Tommy with Love.

Steps:
- 1. Cook your bacon. Saute broccoli and califlower in butter & blk pepper till tender.
- 2. Melt cheese. Cut french bread in half, spread butter on generously and sprinkle with garlic powder, then toast bread in broiler.
- 3. To build your sammie: drizzle cheese on bread, add bacon, a little more cheese, broccoli & califlower, more cheese, turkey slices, and a little more cheese drizzled on top, the top with bread.
EASY BAKED BROCCOLI
A super simple side dish that is the perfect companion to beef, pork or chicken.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 375.
- Chop your broccoli into bite size pieces, and place it in a 9×13 ungreased pan.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the broccoli.
- Sprinkle it with the Kickin' Chicken and then with the garlic salt.
- Bake it at 375 for 20 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
BETTER THAN TAKEOUT BROCCOLI & BEEF
Steps:
- Place your crockpot on high.
- Add the broth, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil and mix to combine.
- Cut the steak into large bite size pieces and toss them in the mixture.
- Allow that mixture to cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
- Mix the cornstarch and water into a small cup or bowl, until combine, and then add it to the crockpot, and stir.
- Cut your broccoli into bite size pieces (crowns only) and add them to the pot, mixing to cover them in the sauce as well.
- Allow the whole mixture to cook on high for another hour.
- Serve over rice if desired (because rice makes everything better).
