1 pound ground beef
1 package mccormick chili seasoning mix, original
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) pinto beans, undrained
8 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Drain fat.
  • Stir in Seasoning Mix, stewed tomatoes and beans.
  • Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Arrange tortillas in circle on 12-inch pizza pan, overlapping edges where needed.
  • Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  • Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until is cheese melted.
  • Garnish with black olives and green onions, if desired.

1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
6 hot dogs, sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion and sweet pickle relish, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Unroll and press dough into bottom of a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until edges are lightly browned, 5-7 minutes., Spread with mustard; top with chili, hot dogs and cheese. Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with onion and relish.

When I make my chili (Recipe #99698) it makes an awful lot, so I try to come up with different things to do with the leftovers. I got to thinking that this may actually be good--give it a try. Kids LOVE it!

1 premade pizza dough
2 cups chili (I use mine #99698)
3 cups of shredded Mexican blend cheese
olive
scallion
onion
tomatoes
sour cream
guacamole

Steps:

  • Roll out pizza dough onto a pizza stone or an aluminum pan if you don't have a stone.
  • Spread chili on top of dough as you would sauce in regular pizza.
  • Top with Cheese.
  • Place in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until crust browns and cheese it bubbly.
  • Place all toppings in bowls on table, slice pizza and serve with toppings.
  • Everyone adds what they like to the top and mmm. If you like you can also bake with the toppings already on the pizza but we like the fun of putting them on after.

Topped with ground beef chili and Mozzarella cheese, this homemade pizza combines two classic, family-friendly meals in one!

1 (500 ) lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 package (35 g) organic chili seasoning mix (club house)
1 can (398 ml) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (540 ml) kidney or pinto beans, undrained
1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 (12-inch/30 cm) prepared pizza crust
2 cups (500 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spoon chili evenly onto crust. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
