Steps:

  • Melt the chocolate in thr top of double boiler.
  • Add condensed milk; stir until blended.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add vanilla and nuts.
  • Pour into a greased pan and chill until firm.

Steps:

  • Butter a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips together over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in frosting. Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into squares. Store, covered in refrigerator.

125 g butter or 125 g margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients except the vanilla in a deep microwave proof dish (mixture will rise considerably while cooking).
  • Microwave for 2 minutes then stir.
  • Microwave for a further 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  • Add vanilla and stir well.
  • Place in a greased dish and allow to cool.
  • Cut into squares when cool.
